By accessing the Website, completing a scorecard, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or make a purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

Where you purchase a product or service that includes access to material, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that material for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not:

10. Intro Session

10.1 Description

The Intro Session is a 50-minute one-to-one online session delivered via Zoom. The current price is displayed at the time of purchase and includes GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

10.2 Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

10.3 Session window

Your session must be booked and completed within 4 weeks of the date of purchase. If your session is not completed within this window, your credit will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

10.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your booked session using the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. If you cancel, your session credit remains available for rebooking within the 4-week window from your original purchase date.

10.5 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session using the reschedule link provided in your booking confirmation email. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

10.6 No-shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session without cancelling in advance, the session is considered delivered and your credit is forfeited. No refund or replacement session will be provided.

10.7 Refunds

If you attend the session and do not believe the approach could help your situation, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected] within 30 days of the session date. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times are determined by your financial institution.

10.8 Session recording

Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Recordings are personal information and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of recording at any time during the session by notifying the teacher.

11. 5-Session Series

11.1 Description

The 5-Session Series consists of five 25-minute one-to-one online sessions delivered via Zoom. The current price is displayed at the time of purchase and includes GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

11.2 Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

11.3 Session window

All five sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the date of purchase. Any sessions not used within this period are forfeited. No refund is provided for unused sessions.

11.4 Booking sessions

Sessions are booked individually via a booking link provided by email. A booking link for the first session is provided immediately following purchase.

11.5 Cancellation

You may cancel a booked session using the cancellation link provided in your session reminder email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancelled sessions remain available for rebooking within your 12-week window and are not deducted from your session balance.

11.6 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session using the reschedule link provided in your session reminder email. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

11.7 No-shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session without cancelling in advance, the session counts as delivered and is deducted from your remaining session balance. No refund or replacement session will be provided.

11.8 Refunds

The 5-Session Series is non-refundable. If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us at [email protected].

12. Educational Materials

Where we provide materials in connection with our products or services — including recordings, written materials, audio or video content, digital resources, or access to any platform or restricted area — those materials are for your personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit them without our prior written consent. We retain all intellectual property rights in those materials. We may update, modify, or withdraw materials at any time without notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or our products or services, including indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
